One Affinity I found rather comical, cute, and tragic was the 2nd division (Stealth Forces). The former captain was Yoruichi and now Sui-Feng, a loyal bodyguard, friend, and admirer of her previous captain. The two were rather close, but it was Sui-Feng who was draw in; attaching herself to Yoruichi, treating her like a princess, and having a schoolgirl crush on her old master/mentor. Who wouldn't? Yoruichi is strong, beautiful, kind, playful, and not to mention she's head of the Shihoin Noble Family (one of the 4 Great Noble Families).Yoruichi thought of Sui-Feng as a valuable asset to her division, but Sui-Feng's admiration for Yoruichi was borderline insane. She pretty much is in love with Yoruichi and it became tragic when she departed from Sui-Feng's life. That is why Sui-Feng holds a grudge against Kisuke Urahara. Not only are the two close, but Yoruichi ran away with Kisuke - leaving Sui-Feng alone, betrayed, and broken inside. However, as the two reunite in battle, Sui-Feng bursts into tears and begs the question to Yoruichi - Why didn't you take me you? She would follow Yoruichi wherever she went, but Yoruichi's sudden departure from her life with Kisuke Urahara was too much for Sui-Feng to bear. As a child until her teens, she followed Yoruichi - pretty much went from following orders to borderline worshipping her. That is why she tends to be like a child whenever she's around her former captain much to the captain's thinking that Sui-Feng will always be her friend and bodyguard. Sui-Feng wants it to be more, but Yoruichi, I believe, is unaware or uninterested in Sui-Feng's affection for her. Yoruichi certainly respects Sui-Feng's growth, but in the end - Sui-Feng, despite her fight with her former captain, is in love with Yoruichi - worships, admirers, and follows her.
