WBCR - Strawberry vs. The TGPZ Sisters (Grade B)

As you are well aware of last week's chapter, our hero, Ichigo Kurosaki, arrives to save the gravely wounded Kenpachi Zaraki. Kenpachi, surprised by Ichigo's sudden arrival, knows that he is powerless alone against the Thunderbolt, Glutton, Power, & Zombie Sisters. Uponhis arrival, Candice is the first to attack.....only to be thrown into a building. With Thunderbolt out of the picture, the Glutton, Power, & Zombie trio attempt to triple-attack him from all sides only to face a similar scenario with the Thunderbolt. The Sternritter are surprised by their sudden defeat, but Liltotto knew that Ichigo was more than capable of handing all 4 of them at the same time. This comes to a shock to both Meninas & Giselle, but bursting with anger & energy ~ Candice reappears and is just in absolute rage. She's angry that Ichigo easily dealt with her, is covered in dust, and the fact that her hair is f*cked up now. Candice, just ready to pounce, fires arrows at Ichigo, but to no avail. However, Ichigo, full of confidence, reassures himself that he has nothing to fear fighting the Thunderbolt, Glutton, Power, & Zombie Sisters. This is where a Quadruple attack begins only for Ichigo to start getting serious. Yhwach, the Leader/Commander of the enemy army, is well aware of Ichigo's arrival and he, alongside Uryu & Jugram head out into the battlefield. The chapter ends with one of the Sternritter, Askin Nakk Le Vaar, wondering if it's a good idea for let things happen, but then again ~ does he even have a choice?

Overall, I dug this chapter because you see Ichigo starting to fight and that Kenpachi is willing to go so far as to allow Ichigo to save his behind......no matter how demeaning it may be to Kenpachi since he's pretty much a one-man army. I still continue to admire the TGPZ sisters and I hope to see what they're all capable of doing (please do not disappoint Tite Kubo) because I like their powers, looks, and overall - I like their character (I'll include some pictures of them). However, I was expecting a bit more, but the build-up better be worthwhile. I'm also curious to know if Yhwach will intervene during their fight or how the grand-plan that everyone has to abide by regardless of their thoughts on it will go. Just so much tension and build-up that needs to be addressed and shown....I can't wait :). This chapter, though relatively short, is a build-up chapter of what's to come....$#!t's going down. I give this week's chapter a B.....not perfect, but it's a pretty good set-up for what's to come. So what did you think of this week's chapter? Comment below and let me know.
