The first time we saw Grimmjow, he pummeled the sh*t out of Ichigo without even having to resort to unsheathing his Zanpaktou. However, Ichigo's refusal to back down only pissed off Grimmjow and just as he was about to unveil his Resurreccion, Kaname Tosen, Aizen's subordinate, shows up and requests Grimmjow to return to Hueco Mundo at once. Of course anyone would be pissed off if there "But this isn't even my final form" moment is interrupted, but Grimmjow once again finally found the time to show Ichigo his true form when they battled for the third time. Grimmjow was so ecstatic because he was able to show off his true colors & hold no restraints against Ichigo or his newfound Hollowification powers. Grimmjow was pretty badly beaten by Ichigo briefly until Ichigo's Mask broke and Grimmjow took the upper hand. In the third battle, Ichigo was able to sustain it a little longer whereas Grimmjow, from the get-go, showed Pantera ~ his agility & veracity were amplified. However, Ichigo would finally beat Grimmjow, but not long until Nnoitra intervenes, knocks out Grimmjow, & pretty much challenges Ichigo. Grimmjow's transformation is pretty bad@$$, but I did feel bad that he wasn't able to show it off the first time ~ getting a trouble for disobeyed orders and yet doesn't give two sh*ts (lost an arm because of it) because, well, he's a muthaf*cking bad@$$.
I hope you enjoyed this week's Throwback. Look forward to Throwbacks for 8 more weeks (End at 100!) on Fridays. Until then, you stay classy. Bleach Fantasy II Round 10 is posted below.
