Calm, collective, composed, and level-headed are the words that best describe the 6th division Captain of the Gotei 13, Byakuya Kuchiki, and former 7th Espada under Aizen Sousuke, Zommari Rureaux. However, at the end of the day, Zommari's arrogance got the better of him and he was unable to defend himself against the likes of Byakuya. Upon their first meeting, Byakuya already loathed Zommari because he tried killing Rukia (who previously killed the 9th Espada). Zommari, claiming to be the fastest user of Sonido, was able to create clones and supposedly had the other hand, but Byakuya was able to outthink Zommari and was quick to use Senbonzakura to quickly do away with Zommari and his release, Brujeria (Witchcraft). This was one of my favorite fights in Bleach because when you pit up Byakuya against someone who is calm & collected (Zommari & Tsukishima), it's just a good matchup. Byakuya was calm & collected the entire time that Zommari doesn't even scare him. Zommari may be cool at first, but you see the true side of him when he thinks it's hypocritical that Shinigami think Hollows are evil, but it's perfectly fine for Hollows to eat Humans. This was Zommari's downfall after all and Zommair exploited it easily and was able to avoid Brujeria. Overall, a great & entertaining fight, but it just comes to show that despite their similarities in personality, Byakuya is one without arrogance.
