The usurping of power often is a topic of discussion when it comes to Leadership, Responsibility, & Commitment. Each of the Captains were commendable in their own right ~ possessing all of the 3 qualities while also possessing the power to be able to be titled "Captain." However, one such Lieutenant usurped power from the 3rd, 5th, 7th, & 9th division Captains. He was able to comprehend that power is the threshold of greater and bigger things. Once he knew this, he dedicated his lifetime in usurping power & trust from everyone so as to create a God-like status for himself. Formidable & deadly, the Lieutenant's reign into power escalated up until his final moments. The incident that usurped powers from multiple Captains & Lieutenants all began with the 9th division Captain ~ The #69. This bad@SS character was impaled by one of his subordinates and all of a sudden, the "takeover" managed to turn the Captain into a bloodthirsty, uncontrollable, and untamed beast that brought devastation to any who opposed him. The #69 was a fearless and powerful Captain, but the moment power was usurped from him by one of his own, then all comes crashing down. Soon after, the 3rd, 5th, & 7th Captains all fell and their power diminished into corruption. This loss triggered the Captains to start a new organization called the Visored and their redemption against the man who single-handedly usurped power from all of them.
