Throwback #49 - Perfectionism

Mayuri's speech in Bleach sums up my overall belief on Perfectionism ~ it is nonexistent. Once things are in motion, progress is to be made, changes are likely to happen, and work is to be done. The word Perfectionism is a word to describe self-gratification of everything and everyone. As working-class people, we ought to know that perfectionism isn't in our vocabulary because, after all, improvements and innovations are always set in motion. WORK is essential in our lives and if perfectionism were to exist, then WORK is just another word that comes and goes. However, our society is built on working; innovating and fixing everything, improving our stature as human beings with dignity, respect, and creativity, and overall impeaching the boundaries of what we can and cannot do because we never give up and backing down isn't an option. In other words, perfectionism is an escapism towards hopelessness of human progress and we, as human beings, are essentially the backbone of society's hopes & dreams.

I hope you enjoyed this week's philosophical Throwback. It is one of those speeches in Bleach that have a profound meaning. What are your thoughts on Perfectionism? Comment below and let me know. As always, look forward to Throwbacks every Friday. Until then, you all stay classy now. BK Round 7 is below.
