There'll be in times in most Cartoons where there's a short gag segment, comic relief shorts that are neither canon or non-canon. Bleach is full of mini comedic segments referred to as Shinigami Illustrated Picture Book. At the very end of each episode, a extra (Omake) is shown and lasts 10-45 seconds that is solely focused on comic relief. An example is when Yachiru was playing about with Captain Yamamoto & Unohana or Hisagi & Izuru posing for pictures, etc. There's tons of these moments and though short, it makes you you want to see what's at the end of the episode. Most will either have these short segments or perhaps a glimpse of next week's episode or even both! Anyways, these moments at the end of each Bleach episode are GOLDEN ~ always trying to make the audience see how the characters are outside their norm.
