This chapter can be summed up in 3 words: High Five Face. Yhwach begins his confrontation against 0 division member Ichibei Hyosube, but seems aren't as they seem as Yhwach is quick to underestimate his opponent and gets continuously knocked back by Ichibei. Ichibei's very power stems from calligraphy and as anything written carries the power of its meaning. Ichibei's very name is also a curse, warning Yhwach that his throat will be crushed. Yhwach is sent flying 1000 ri away, but Yhwach is quick to think of something as he fires arrows at himself that pierces through his body in order to at least do damage to Ichibei. As Yhwach launches himself back up, Ichibei now begins to admit that leaving Yhwach alone is trouble and that Yhwach deserves death. At the beginning of the chapter, all we see is Kyoraku & Ukitake discuss the matter of the reconstruction of Seireitei, but Kyoraku soon leaves to discuss matters with the Central 46. What plans does Kyoraku have in mind? What is the Central 46 doing at this time? Overall, this was a very short read and as such, the review is relatively short as well. Ichibei is fighting Yhwach & Kyoraku will talk to the Central 46 ~ that sums it up in 2 bullet points. Ichibei literally gave a huge High Give to Yhwach and Yhwach literally and figuratively got facepalmed. give this week a B ~ it's not A material because it's building up to a epic (hopefully) fight between two powerful men. I also want to see if the Sternritter will continue to ally with Yhwach, Ichigo's aid to the 0 Division, & how the Captains & Lieutenants are coping altogether.
